Educational, Recreational, and Social Service programming for Residents age 55+, to promote active, healthy, and meaningful engagement and connection within the community.

    Do you enjoy or ever been interested in trying hand drumming? This month we will be joined by musician Cornell Coley for an exploration of African Roots Rhythm and Afro Latin Beats. This is a hands on interactive program. No music experience required. The only requirement is to have fun!
  • May 29, 2024, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
    Nia stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action. This mostly seated dance/fitness class uses movement to feel better in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. All are welcome as this is an adaptive method that can suit all levels of mobility. Register at
