About the Event

This year’s Symposium will highlight a very important topic: the development of age-friendly/dementia-friendly communities. Both encourage active aging by promoting opportunities and fostering social and physical environments that support all ages and abilities. Our speakers include: Lisa Wong/Town Manager, Antron Watson/AARP, Frank Caro and Ruthann Dobek/Brookline’s Age Friendly Network, Francis Goyes Flor/MA Housing, Andrea Weaver/Bridges Together, James Fuccione/MA Healthy Aging Collaborative, Patty Sullivan/Dementia Friendly MA. Lunch provided by D’Agostino’s for $10—registration required for lunch by October 14th.  Enjoy our speakers, visit our participating vendors, and gather new information to enhance your life.  Admission is free.
