Qi Gong, often translated as life energy, has roots in ancient Chinese culture dating back more than 4000 years as a holistic system of coordinated poses and movements, breathing and meditation. Gaining popularity throughout the last and current centuries, people enjoy this form of yoga as recreation, exercise, meditation, as well as alternative medicine for various health conditions. Sunling Liew returns to teach six sessions of this form of yoga at the Jenks. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat.
