About the Event
Focus on flexibility, agility, better balance and strength. Join this fun gentle exercise class that uses chairs as needed and incorporates integrated movements and exercises drawn from Body Building, Yoga, Taijiquan, Ballet Stretch and Strength Training. Instructor: Hilary Celentano. Registration required. Class meets in person at the Jenks Center on Monday and Wednesday.
