About the Event
Our Tai Chi outside classes will be virtual when the weather prevents holding the class outdoors. Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength, while reducing pain, stress, and anxiety through a combination of movement, meditation, and relaxation. Instructor: Hilary Celentano. Registration required. 7 Classes in session. Cost: $35.00. Note: Hilary will “call” the class location the morning of (by 7:00 am) or the evening before the class by emailing everyone. After registering and paying for the session, you will receive an email with the zoom link and field location.
