Encompass Health will discuss the available rehabilitation options including acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital, nursing home, long term acute care hospital, and home care. A short video on what to expect during a stay at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital will be shown. There will be time for Q and A. Please register at www.jenkscenter.org.
