About the Event
Join this class and focus on aerobic routines and other exercises for muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Judy Whitney. Attend either in person at the Jenks Center or virtually via Zoom - you choose! 3 classes in this session. Cost: $15.00. Session starts December 7.
Note: No class on December 14. December 21 class will be at 2:15 pm
Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of each visit is required to enter the Jenks Center. Masks required.
