Eating  Together

The Jenks contracts nutritional services with Minuteman for the Eating Together Program that provides lunch with transportation three days a week at the Jenks.  This program targets primarily homebound seniors who would not leave their homes to obtain a nutritious, reasonably priced lunch without the provision of transportation.

Hot lunches and socialization; Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 11:30 a.m. & 12:15 p.m.  Please call at least two days in advance to schedule.   Requested donation is $3.00 per lunch.  Click the link below in the light blue box to see this month's menu.

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels (MOW) serves Winchester residents who cannot leave their homes and are unable to cook and/or shop, offering them a nutritious meal and balanced diet.  Volunteers deliver an average of 36 meals daily, from Monday to Friday, throughout the community.  Meals on Wheels is financed mostly by local businesses, churches and organizations, and operates under the auspices of The Jenks Center.

For those interested in having meals delivered to their home or if you know of anyone who might be interested, please call (781) 720-8353 or email us at
