About the Event
Join this class and focus on aerobic routines and other exercises for muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Judy Whitney.
This is a Hybrid class with your choice of in person or virtual participation.
