About the Event
Join this class and focus on aerobic routines and other exercises for muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching  Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Judy Whitney.Â
Note: January Aerobics will be hybrid. Classes start Tuesday, January 11. There are 3 classes in session. Cost: $15.00
Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of each visit is required to enter the Jenks Center. Masks required.
