About the Event
Join this class and focus on aerobic routines and other exercises for muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Judy Whitney. Attend either in person at the Jenks Center or virtually via Zoom - you choose! 4 classes in this session. Cost: $20.00. Session starts October 5.
Please note that class will be VIRTUAL Only on October 5 and October 12, there will be no in person option on these 2 days.
Effective September 1, proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of each visit will be required to enter the Jenks Center. Masks/face coverings must be worn at all times for indoor activities.
