Borrowing Stories - Past and Present with Nate Ramsayer

Everyone loves a good story. Think about how much of your day consists of consuming stories—reading books, magazines, and newspapers, watching television and movies, talking with friends over dinner or coworkers at the water cooler. These stories surround us with entertainment, provide moral lessons, connect us with each other and our own emotions, and keep us up to date with current events and trends. In many ways, we are not terribly different from the people who lived thousands of years ago. Just like good stories in the modern world, for example the tale of Cinderella, are shared between cultures, the same phenomenon happened in the past with some well-known biblical tales.
