About the Event
Weakening of our bones, called osteopenia and osteoporosis, is a common silent condition that robs middle aged and older adults of their health and independence. If left untreated, weak bones will result in pain, fractures, loss of height, slumped posture, and the inability to do day-to-day functions. Fortunately, osteopenia is both preventable and treatable. Dr. Mike Stare will cut through the noise and show solutions proven to work that are low risk and can help those who are young and old.
Presented by Dr. Mike Stare, fellowship trained Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Stare is the owner of Orthopaedics Plus Physical Therapy and Spectrum Fitness Consulting in Beverly and Bedford.
