About the Event

This one hour class incorporates breathing techniques, flexibility, endurance and strength for healthy aging. The instructor is Andrea Kennedy, a certified Yoga Instructor who currently teaches  at Work out World in Medford. Registration Required. 

Slow Flow Yoga meets Fridays at 9:15 am. There are 3 classes this session. Cost: $12.00. No class August 11 & 18.
