Coffee with New Town Manager

JENKS CENTER: Coffee/Tea with the Town Manager, Chris Senior.  Mr. Senior began his employment in Winchester in January 2026 and brings a wealth of municipal experience and expertise to Winchester.  In his twelve years of service to Cohasset, MA. Mr. Senior worked with their Select Board to address budgeting issues, capital planning and policy development and implementation. He is credited with creating a Human Resources Department, improving information technology, reorganizing the Department of Public Works and successfully negotiating the acquisition of a new Senior Center and Recreation facility. Prior to working for Cohasset, Chris served ten years as Deputy Supervisor for the Town of North Hempstead in Long Island, NY, Counsel to the Planning Commission in Nassau County and Director of Legal Services for National Association of Home Builders.
