About the Event
Join us for toe-tapping, hip shaking, good tunes to get you moving. This class will consist of 45 minutes of aerobics and 15 minutes of super stretch that can be done by both newcomers and seasoned aerobic enthusiasts. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. Instructor: Gail LaRocca.
This is a Hybrid class with your choice of in person or virtual attendance. Virtual participants will receive a Zoom Link that can be used for all classes this month.
