About the Event

Join us for a full hour of toe-tapping, hip shaking good tunes to get you moving and a cool down segment at the end. The session comprises of simple choreographed steps and combinations that can be done by newcomers and seasoned aerobic enthusiasts. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. Registration required. 

This is a Hybrid class with your choice of in person or virtual attendance.  Virtual participants will receive a Zoom Link that can be used for all classes this month.

Session starts February 2 and includes 4 classes. Cost is $24.00.
