About the Event
Join us for a full hour of toe-tapping, hip shaking good tunes to get you moving and a cool down segment at the end. The session comprises of simple choreographed steps and combinations that can be done by newcomers and seasoned aerobic enthusiasts. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. Registration required. 3 classes in session. Cost: $15.00. If you choose to attend virtually you will receive a Zoom Link that can used for all classes this month. There is no class on December 24 and December 31
In person participants: proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of each entry to the Jenks Center is required. Masks are required.
