About the Event
Join us at the Jenks for a 30-minute vigorous aerobic workout using the step bench followed by 30-minutes of muscle conditioning and stretching, all timed to popular music. Don't want to step up and down on the bench? Not a problem: blue painter's tape will mark some 'step benches'' in selected areas of the room to still ensure you get a good workout. Start your weekend out on the right foot! Participate in person at the Jenks Center or virtually via Zoom - your choice!
