About the Event

Join our Gentle Yoga class for an overall feeling of health and well-being. The session incorporates a series of poses, stretching and breathing exercises, which improves balance, flexibility, and strength. Instructor: Ruth Lieberherr.

This is a Hybrid class, participate in person at the Jenks Center or virtually via Zoom - your choice!
