Gua Sha - A Deeper Look

We welcome back John Saia for a deeper look at caring for the face and neck, through Gua Sha and acupressure points. Gua Sha, a modality in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), moves blood to improve circulation, health, and well-being. This workshop will review the basic Gua Sha tools and methods, with a focus on anatomy and acupressure points of the head and neck. Having a master’s degree in acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture, John practices TCM in the Greater Boston area. Space limited. Facial rollers provided. Cost: $5.
