About the Event
It’s that time of year for some holiday cheer! Sounds of Grace Chorus is back again to lead us in some holiday favorites and some favorite classics. Festive Refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP 781-721-7136. The Memory Café is a warm and inviting environment where individuals with memory impairment can come with their families or caregivers and participate in a fun, organized activity plus gather support from others.
