The first step in changing health and fitness behaviors to know what to do, why to do it and how to  do it. People need to see that changing their bodies is not only possible but it is doable in the real  world where they have contend with jobs, injuries, hectic schedules, sick relatives, etc. Dr  Stare will dispel myths, present clear facts, address common obstacles, and show real  world examples of how these strategies work. He will reveal the truth about what really  works to lose body fat, reduce disease, and improve performance so you look and feel  your best! Dr. Stare’s unique perspective as a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy, Fitness Professional, and national lecturer will serve to give you the evidence on these challenging issues and offer solutions and strategies to use right away.
