About the Event
Join our class to warm up your muscles with light aerobic activity followed by 45 minutes of targeted exercises for increased muscle strength, stability and elasticity using weights and stretch bands. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. Virtual participants will receive Zoom link after registering.
