Muscle Conditioning - November - HYBRID

Join our class to warm up your muscles with light aerobic activity followed by 45 minutes of targeted exercises for increased muscle strength, stability and elasticity using weights and stretch bands. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. 

This is a Hybrid class with your choice of in person or virtual attendance. Registration required, 3 classes in this session. Cost: $15.00.  There is no class on November 24.

Virtual Participants will received a Zoom link after registration. 

Please note our COVID Policy:  Proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of each entry to the Jenks is required.
