About the Event
Join mushroom farmer Elizabeth Almeida, owner of Fat Moon Mushrooms, for a journey through the culinary, medicinal, and environmental wonders of mushrooms. Elizabeth Almeida grew up on a farm in the Midwest where she foraged for morels in the pastures. Since 2016, she has grown specialty mushrooms for local restaurants, farm stands and runs a CSA in Westford. Register and obtain Zoom link. Sponsored by a generous grant from the Cummings Foundation.
