About the Event
Starting October 7th, join our class to warm up your muscles with light aerobic activity followed by 45 minutes of targeted exercises for increased muscle strength, stability and elasticity using weights and stretch bands. Instructor: Gail LaRocca. Registration required. 4 classes in this session. Cost: $20.00. If you choose to attend virtually you will receive a Zoom Link that can used for all classes in session. Masks are required for in person exercise.
