Occupational Therapy, Yoga, and Qigong with Linda Tickle-Degnen

Linda Tickle-Degnen is Professor Emerita of Occupational Therapy (OT) at TuAs University. Her research focuses on positive health and wellness philosophies and practices in health conditions across the lifespan. She is a certified Yoga teacher who blends OT, Yoga, and Qigong into an exercise practice that promotes active and mindful healthy daily living. In her presentation on Occupational Therapy, Yoga, and Qigong, she describes and demonstrates unique and overlapping philosophies and evidence-based outcomes of these practices.
