About the Event
Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in this energetic whole-body circuit workout. Using hand-held weights or bands (bring your own), you will alternate muscle-building exercises with aerobic challenges and balance drills. Instructor: Terry Currier. Registration required. 3 classes in this session. Cost: $15.00. Note: no class on October 12, Columbus Day. After registering and paying for the session, you will receive an email with the zoom link to be used for all 3 classes.
