Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in this energetic whole-body circuit workout. Using hand-held weights, you will alternate muscle-building exercises with aerobic challenges and balance drills. Instructor: Terry Currier. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Space limited. Free. COVID compliance required (mask, social distancing). Bring your own equipment and water.
