Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength, while reducing pain, stress, and anxiety through a combination of movement, meditation, and relaxation. Instructor: Hilary Celentano. REGISTRATION REQUIRED for EACH CLASS. Free. COVID compliance required (mask, social distancing). Bring your own water, hand sanitizer.
