Practitioner-Oriented Acupressure Workshop: John Saia

Join John Saia for an acupressure demonstration. Acupressure is a restorative practice that can be used on oneself and others. The previous workshop focused more on methods to work on oneself, this workshop will expand upon that to include exercises, postural considerations, observations and techniques that are geared for sound body mechanics and working on others.
