About the Event
This one hour class incorporates breathing techniques, flexibility, endurance and strength for healthy aging. The instructor is Andrea Kennedy, a certified Yoga Instructor who currently teaches at Work out World in Medford. Registration Required. Classes meet Wednesdays at 3:30 pm. There are 3 classes this session. Cost: $15.00. No class on August 17 & 24.
Please note our COVID Policy: masks and either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of each entry to the Jenks are required.
