About the Event
This one hour class incorporates breathing techniques, flexibility, endurance and strength for healthy aging. The instructor is Andrea Kennedy, a certified Yoga Instructor who currently teaches  at Work out World in Medford. Registration Required. Classes meet Fridays at 9:15 am. There are 5 classes this session. Cost: $25.00.
