About the Event
The Winchester Seniors Association (WSA) Board of Directors is holding a Special Member Meeting on March 17 for the purpose of adopting newly revised and restated by-laws of the WSA. Changes to the by-laws are needed to reflect more accurately how the WSA currently operates and will operate in the future. Other proposed changes affect the size of the board, terms of board members, and election of officers.
The Board asks that you read the proposed by-laws and come to the special meeting. A link to the by-laws is on the Jenks website. In addition, hard copies of the by-laws are available at the front desk. If you have any questions about the proposed by-laws, please contact Maria Rutnam. The WSA Board recommends that Members adopt the new bylaws.
