Spring Birdsongs with Neil Hayward
Time & Location
About the Event
We welcome Neil Hayward back for another presentation on our feathered friends singing and songs. Spring is a magical time as our skies, trees, and yards are filled with the sight and sounds of birds. Some have awoken from the long winter. Others are returning from Central and South America. Neil will teach us how to identify some of these songsters by sight and sound; learn why birds migrate and how they do it. Open your eyes and ears to what is around you. Neil Hayward, an avid birdwatcher, is the President of the Brookline Bird Club in Massachusetts, board member of the American Birding Association, counsel member of the Nuttall Ornithological Club, bird sightings editor for the journal Bird Observer and author of Lost Among the Birds (Bloomsbury, June 2016). Register to obtain the Zoom link. Sponsored by a generous grant from the Cummings Foundation.
