About the Event
Designed by Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialists and taught by a team of experienced Physical Therapists, each session incorporates both education + exercise. Teaching our participants not only HOW to exercise safely and effectively, but also WHY, lays the groundwork for success. This program is developed with most current evidence-based principles in mind and activity modifications offered to meet participant needs.
