Stretch & Move Workshop with Stretch Med

This workshop will be designed with seniors in mind. Certified stretch therapist will lead you through safe, easy-to-flow stretches that you can continue doing at home. All stretches are designed to be done sitting in a chair or maybe standing. Come learn these gentle, guided stretches to keep you active, flexible and pain free.
