About the Event
Tai Chi FORM classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am at outdoor location in Winchester. Some experience recommended. If raining, the class will switch to Virtual. Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength, while reducing pain, stress, and anxiety through a combination of movement, meditation, and relaxation.
