About the Event
Tai Chi classes are held at 8:30 am on Tuesdays & Thursdays in person at the Jenks Center. Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength, while reducing pain, stress, and anxiety through a combination of movement, meditation, and relaxation. Instructor is John Saia. This Tai Chi class is for experienced and current students. Note: we also offer Beginner's Tai Chi.
