About the Event
Join us for a Step & Muscle Conditioning class at the Jenks Center with Judy Whitney. Straightforward, easy to follow steps are combined with balanced arm movements timed to rhythmic current music to firm and tone all muscle groups. This Step class incorporates weights to allow you to ramp it up or decrease intensity to achieve your fitness goals.
Session starts July 11 and includes 3 classes. Cost: $18.00. No class on July 4.
