About the Event
Paul Cézanne was a French Post-Impressionist painter who bridged the gap between 19th century Impressionism and 20th century Cubism.
“Compared to me, all my compatriots were idiots!” So claimed Paul Cezanne. Indeed, it was from his work that much of the 20th century truly sprang. Matisse called Cezanne “The Mother of us all”. Picasso called Cezanne “The Father of us all” and defended his name with a pistol. Join us to see just what all the fuss was about. Register to receive the Zoom link.
