Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, enabling us to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Join us for a 50-minute guided stretch class presented by a Flexologist (stretch therapist) from StretchLab to learn good techniques that focus on specific muscle groups, including shoulders, core, hips, back and legs. You will also learn about stretching tools and how to correctly use them. Please register as space is limited to 18. Sponsored by a generous grant from the Cummings Foundation.
