Join Debra Block and Ukrainian Pianist Irina Gelman for a live musical and theatrical event featuring West Side Story! They will examine how West Side Story has evolved from Jerome Robbins and Robert Wise to Steven Spielberg's interpretation. Using live music, film clips and interactive discussion to explore West Side Story based on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. What do these two stories about love have in common and how are they different?
