Winchester's Community Electricity "WinPower" Updates and Q & A

Winchester's Community Electricity program, WinPower, is beginning a new contract period with a new Supplier and new rates that will remain stable through December 2024.  Most current participants will not have to take any action.  Those on WinPower 100 will need to take action to remain in the program.  Bring a copy of your bill and your questions.  The Town's Sustainability Director, Ken Pruitt, and Outreach Coordinator, Fritzie Nace will be there to explain the changes and answer questions. WinPower rates will be lower than Eversource Basic rate from January - June 2023.
