This method encourages the maintenance of health through diet, lifestyle, cooking methods, yoga, meditation, exercise, herbal nutrition, and cleansing/rejuvenating therapies. Join Pratibha Shah BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), MPH as she discusses the key principles of the Ayurvedic approach. Her pioneering initiatives in this field have brought her to the attention of the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Consulate General of India.
