Based on the concept that connections make us stronger, more resilient and healthier. Learn from and share with other participants who are caring for and elderly family members. Goals of the group are to provide each other with emotional support, social connection, and practical advice about a challenge, concern, or experience common amongst caregivers. You are not alone! Meets the Fourth Thursday of each month- unless otherwise notes- from 11:00 – 12:00pm.
