About the Event
Tai Chi classes are held at 8:30 am on Tuesdays at the Jenks Center and Thursdays virtually via Zoom. Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength, while reducing pain, stress, and anxiety through a combination of movement, meditation, and relaxation. Instructor: Hilary Celentano.
Session starts Thursday, December 1 and includes 5 classes. Cost $25.00. No class on December 20, 22, 27 & 29.
