About the Event
This year has been particularly stressful and chaotic leading many to feel a sense of heightened tension and sadness. Join us to learn how to witness the disordered world around us with mindful presence and open hearts. Leah Constantz will teach us what mindfulness is (hint: it may not be what you think), the value and benefits of practicing mindfulness, and ways you can begin your own practice. Leah has many years of experience leading others in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques and everyday mindfulness and meditation practices.
