Historian Vincent  Dixon, will speak on The Massachusetts  Legislative Process. Vincent’s work as a historian  allows him to add perspective on issues of  importance to the lives of our citizens that is  unique, and, in our technologically intense world,  to identify technology leaders who can help serve  the public interest in Winchester.
